Associate Professor In Cybersecurity at University of Mauritius

Associate Professor Dr. Sheeba Armoogum holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity and has been with the University of Mauritius since July 2006, where Associate Professor (Dr) Sheeba Armoogum currently serves as an associate professor in Cybersecurity. Dr. Armoogum is the founder and lead of the CyberSecurity & Forensics Research Group (CSFRG) and has actively supervised three PhDs in Cybersecurity and Cyberpsychology. Additionally, Dr. Armoogum teaches Computer Forensics to postgraduate students and holds various leadership roles, including General Chair for the upcoming C-Level Executives International Conference on Cyber Defense and Blockchain and Head of the Department of Information & Communication Technologies. Dr. Armoogum is also involved in multiple international committees and academic institutions, serving as a research fellow and examiner while contributing to cybersecurity initiatives across Mauritius and Africa.
