Belinda Robinson

Belinda Robinson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the University of Melbourne since June 2024. Prior to this role, Belinda held the position of People Director at Bupa from August 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of 48 and delivering an end-to-end People Strategy for the Health Insurance business and Corporate Functions. Belinda’s extensive HR background also includes serving as HR Director for GSK in Australia and New Zealand, where oversight was provided for a team of 26 and 1600 employees, and various roles at the Transport Accident Commission, including HR Business Partnering Manager. Educational qualifications include a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Level 1 Coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
