Greg Carter

Greg Carter is the Managing Director of Redcarter Consulting Pty Ltd, a firm Greg established in July 2020, focusing on board governance, risk management, facility management, and OHS risk and compliance. Prior to this, Greg served as the General Manager of Facilities, Risk and Compliance at the University of Melbourne, overseeing corporate and facility-related services and managing key strategic initiatives. Greg's extensive career also includes roles at UoM Commercial Ltd, where Greg provided governance advice and served as Company Secretary, along with previous managerial positions at the State Revenue Office. Educated in management and governance, Greg is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Enterprise from the University of Melbourne.
