Lisa Catania

Lisa Catania is an experienced clinical psychologist and placement coordinator with extensive involvement in psychology education and practice. Currently serving as the Placement Coordinator for the Master of Professional Psychology program at the University of Melbourne since April 2022, Lisa has also been a Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor at Person Centred Psychology and Yarraville Health Group since 2015 and 2018, respectively. As a co-founder of Be & Belong, Lisa is dedicated to fostering learning experiences and connections that promote a sense of belonging. Other notable roles include serving as a psychologist for Tackle Your Feelings Australia until February 2023, and as a psychology supervisor at Victoria University. Lisa's earlier experience includes clinical and research positions at headspace and Orygen, as well as education, with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Psychology from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
