Rose Bryant-Smith

Rose Bryant-Smith is an accomplished leader with significant experience in workplace relations, governance, and strategy. Currently serving as Executive Director for the Faculty of Science and for Workplace Relations, Governance and Investigations at the University of Melbourne, Rose has managed various initiatives such as negotiating enterprise agreements and updating HR policies. Previously, Rose held senior academic roles, including a Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School, and has contributed to multiple organizations, including serving as a committee member for the International Women's Forum and as an external member of the Quality and Population Health Committee at the Royal Children's Hospital. Rose co-founded Worklogic, overseeing its growth into a national business focused on workplace behavior prevention. An advocate for sustainability and social impact, Rose has held multiple directorships and continues to enhance expertise through ongoing education in business management and digital transformation.
