Sara Ogston

Sara Ogston has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sara most recently worked at the University of Melbourne as the Head of Integration and Product Development starting in 2024. Prior to that, they held various roles at the University of Melbourne, including Senior Service Delivery Manager and Research Data Storage Service Manager. Sara also worked at Vic ICT For Women as the Grad Girls Director, where they helped female tertiary students discover career opportunities in the tech industry. Sara has experience in project management, communications, and consulting, having worked at companies like Pfizer and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Additionally, Sara has a background in research, having worked as a Neuropathology Research Assistant at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

Sara Ogston earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biopsychology from Vassar College in the years 1999 to 2003. Sara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience at King's College London - Institute of Psychology from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, Sara has obtained various certifications including Confluence Fundamentals Badge and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in 2022.
