Jason Chadwick is an experienced professional in ticket sales and customer service within the sports industry. Currently serving as a Ticket Service Representative for University of Michigan Athletics since July 2022, Jason is responsible for managing ticket operations for the men's soccer program, overseeing event staff, and handling financial reconciliations for home games. Prior to this role, Jason gained valuable experience as a Box Office and Retail Intern with Toledo Walleye and Toledo Mud Hens, where responsibilities included customer communication and gameday preparations. Additionally, Jason contributed to youth sports as a Sports Director at Frank and Shirley Dick Family YMCA. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Adrian College, completing the degree in 2022.
