Kate Veenstra

Kate Veenstra is the Chief Nursing Officer at University of Michigan Health-West since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kate served as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer/VP of Nursing at Metro Health for over 16 years. Kate also has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan-Flint, a Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Calvin University.
