Dillon George is an ambitious data analyst intern currently working with Mets de Guaynabo since March 2024, focusing on creating scouting reports and tracking possession statistics. Dillon has experience as a ground crew member at Oswego Lake Country Club and serves as a sport management peer facilitator at the University of Michigan, providing mentorship to students and grading projects. As a writer for the University of Michigan Sport Business Association, Dillon produces monthly articles on the sports industry and participates in speaker events. Previous roles include involvement in the Phi Epsilon Kappa rush committee, an internship at CleanKonnect where Dillon collaborated with athletic departments, and positions at University of Michigan Athletics and The Party Pros. Dillon also co-founded Basement Sneaker, successfully leading a funding initiative and managing limited-edition sneaker sales. Education includes attending the University of Michigan and Catlin Gabel School.

The mission of the Michigan Sport Business Association is to connect, educate, and inspire future leaders of the sport industry. Michigan SBA offers students with the opportunities to expand their personal and professional competences within the sport industry through insightful workshops, networking events, and internships as well as industry representatives working and recruiting in this area. Since we were established in 2003, our organization has been committed to growing into one of the best student groups on campus through our superior leadership, executing events with integrity and financial soundness, and incorporating new technology where it is relevant. Made up of over 250 students from six schools across the University, all of our unique members come together to create one of the premier clubs at the University of Michigan.
