Sara McDonald is an experienced professional actively engaged in finance and business management, currently participating in the Investment Banking Insight Series at Raymond James and set to join JPMorganChase as a Global Finance & Business Management Summer Analyst in 2025. With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, Sara holds leadership positions as Vice President and Secretary & Chapter Relations Coordinator for the Black Undergraduate Kinesiology Association and participates in various initiatives such as the Management Leadership for Tomorrow program and the SEO Edge program. As a business owner, Sara operates CapturedbySaraaa, a photography business, alongside completing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Sara has been recognized as a fellow in programs with L’Oréal and EY, and has participated in virtual insight series with Goldman Sachs.

The mission of the Michigan Sport Business Association is to connect, educate, and inspire future leaders of the sport industry. Michigan SBA offers students with the opportunities to expand their personal and professional competences within the sport industry through insightful workshops, networking events, and internships as well as industry representatives working and recruiting in this area. Since we were established in 2003, our organization has been committed to growing into one of the best student groups on campus through our superior leadership, executing events with integrity and financial soundness, and incorporating new technology where it is relevant. Made up of over 250 students from six schools across the University, all of our unique members come together to create one of the premier clubs at the University of Michigan. SBA continues to bring elite members of the sport business world to campus in order to help create the next generation of them.
