Andres Irigoyen-Au

Andres Irigoyen-Au currently serves as the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, Site Reliability Engineering Manager, and IT Service Desk Manager at the University of Minnesota since May 2019. Previously, Andres held the position of User Support Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from November 2016 to May 2019, and worked as a Senior IT Support Center Specialist at the University of Arizona from May 2011 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, Andres was the Lead CTE/JTED Computer Technician/Network Specialist at Sunnyside Unified School District from July 2006 to May 2011. Andres is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management at the University of Minnesota, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Arizona. Additional professional development includes completing coursework at Harvard Business School Online from 2017 to 2019.
