Heath B. Johnson

Heath B. Johnson is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as President and CEO of VirtusAero LLC and as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Minnesota, Johnson has played a pivotal role in developing software for hypersonic gas flow calculations and boundary layer stability analysis. Previous positions include Senior Research Scientist at GoHypersonic, Inc. and Summer Faculty Researcher at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where doctoral studies were completed between 1989 and 2000.
