Justin Thao

Justin Thao is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Boynton Health, part of the University of Minnesota since May 2022. Previously, Justin held multiple roles at the Hmong American Partnership from July 2019 to April 2023, focusing on empowering refugees and immigrants. Justin's early HR experience includes a temporary position as an Onboarding Specialist at ACS Group and a Human Resources Lead Intern at University of Minnesota Dining Services, where responsibilities included overseeing student employment operations. Additionally, Justin held leadership roles within the Asian-American Student Union and served as Co-President of the Alpha Beta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota in 2018.
