Mike Hofer Cefp

Mike Hofer CEFP, LEED-AP OM, CIMS-GB Expert has extensive experience in the facility services industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Custodial at the University of Minnesota since December 2014. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Director of National Accounts at Marsden Services, LLC from February 1982 to December 2014, where coordination of janitorial companies and strategic partnerships for national clients was a key responsibility. Additional contributions include involvement with the ISSA/CIRI Clean Standard K-12 Stakeholder Committee, participation on the Board of Directors for Mission Jamaica and the US Green Building Council Minnesota Chapter, and serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Sustainable Building Maintenance at Minneapolis Community and Technical College. Mike's education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UMN Carlson School of Management, completed between 1982 and 1987.
