Tommy Drake

Tommy Drake currently serves as the Director of Parking and Transportation at the University of Minnesota since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tommy held various positions within the National Park Service from August 2021 to May 2025, including Recreation.gov Interagency Program Manager, Internal Consulting, and Yosemite Division Chief for Business and Revenue Management. From June 2019 to July 2021, Tommy managed Concessions and Business Development at the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Client Analytics at Korn Ferry in early 2019, and multiple positions within the National Park Service from 2013 to 2019, including Project Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Tommy's early career included positions at the University of California, Berkeley, as a Graduate Student Instructor and Graduate Student Researcher, as well as time at Charles River Associates as an Analyst/Associate. Tommy holds a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy, University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College.
