Tracey Kane

Tracey Kane is a seasoned professional in employee and labor relations, currently serving as a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Consultant at the University of Minnesota since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tracey held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health from April 2018 to April 2022 and served as both an HR Consultant and HR Specialist at the University of Minnesota from August 2008 to April 2018. Tracey holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management (2009-2012) and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota.
