Beth Alpers

Beth Alpers is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Learning at University of Missouri Health Care. Prior to this, Beth held roles such as Director of Patient Care Services and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Boone Hospital Center. Beth has a diverse background in healthcare and education, with experience in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, and clinical education. Beth holds a Master of Strategic Leadership from Stephens College, and degrees in nursing and psychology from various universities. Beth has also served as an Adjunct Faculty at William Woods University and as an ADN and LPN Instructor at Columbia Public Schools.
