Beth Alpers

Beth Alpers is the current Chief Human Resources Officer (Interim) at University of Missouri Health Care. Beth has also previously served as Director of Patient Care Services at Boone Hospital Center from October 1992 to November 2018, and as an ADN and LPN Instructor at Columbia Public Schools from January 1995 to December 1999. In their current role, Beth is responsible for coaching and directing an integrated team of 206 people in the delivery of high quality patient care services. Beth also manages process improvement initiatives within patient care services, maintains departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgets, and promotes and ensures professional development of team members within department and housewide. Beth has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry and is dedicated to providing high quality care to their patients.

Beth Alpers has a Master of Strategic Leadership from Stephens College, a BSN from Central Methodist University, and an ADN from Central Methodist University. Beth also has a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Beth is certified from SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional Human Resources (PHR).
