Marsha Fischer

Marsha Fischer serves as the Vice President for Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Missouri System, a position held since May 2014. In this role, Marsha leads the Office of Human Resources, overseeing various areas including Retirement, Benefits, Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations, and Recruitment, among others. Prior to this position, Marsha was Counsel, representing the University in litigation and employment law matters while serving as the system-wide contact for Title IX issues. Marsha's legal career began as an Attorney at Walther, Antel, Stamper & Fischer from August 1998 to April 2014. Marsha holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law.
