Darrell Horne has extensive experience in both the moving industry and local government. Since 1969, Horne has been the Owner, President, and CEO of Horne Moving Systems, Inc., a full-service moving and storage company. Concurrently, Horne has held significant roles at UniGroup, Inc., including Director and Board Member, contributing to various committees. Additionally, Horne served as the Mayor of Walnut Creek from 1998 to 2013 and has been actively involved with the University of Mount Olive, serving on the Board of Trustees since 1985. Educational endeavors include attendance at the University of Mount Olive and Mount Olive College in the mid-1960s.
