Don Mumbone is an accomplished Geographic Information Systems Consultant since January 2017 and serves as a Development Planner for the Ministry of Agriculture Water & Land Reform since January 2010. Additionally, Don Mumbone has been a Part-time Lecturer at the University of Namibia since July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management from Stellenbosch University (2022), a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Management from the School of Public Leadership at Stellenbosch University (2023), a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Namibia (2019-2022), a Master of Science in Geo-information Science & Earth Observation-Land Administration from the University of Twente (2013-2015), a Bachelor's degree in Land Administration from the Polytechnic of Namibia (2005-2008), and a high school diploma in Natural Sciences from Concordia College (2000-2004).
