Dylan Adams is an experienced professional in sports facility management and event operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at the University of Nebraska Lincoln's Athletic Department since July 2025, Dylan previously held positions as the Director and Assistant Director of Facilities, Events, and Game Operations at Drake University from May 2022 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as the Sport Operations Manager at TBK Bank Sports Complex and as an Event Manager at VenuWorks. Additional roles include an internship at the Iowa Cubs as a Ticket Operations Intern and various positions in event management during notable events such as the 2016 Ryder Cup. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa, completed in 2016.
