Sarah Bousman

Sarah Bousman currently serves as the Associate VP of Budget and Planning at the University of Nevada, Reno, a position held since August 2018, and has also taken on roles such as Principal Budget Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Athletics. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Planning, Budget & Analysis at the Desert Research Institute from April 2012 to November 2020, and as Director of Planning, Budget and Analysis at the University of Nevada, Reno from February 2004 to April 2012. Additional roles include serving as Director of Finance for the University Studies Abroad Consortium and various financial leadership positions at Harrah's Entertainments, Siena Hotel, Spa and Casino, and Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel. Sarah Bousman holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Finance & Economics in China.
