Shaylah Kelly

Shaylah Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent development, currently serving as the Senior Employee Relations & Talent Development Manager at the University of New England since August 2020. Shaylah also holds the position of Northern New England CUPA-HR Maine State Representative since June 2022, representing Maine's chapter members. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Plymouth State University, where Shaylah instructed over 50 students per semester, and various positions within the university, including Community Director and Graduate Assistant, focusing on educational program design and evaluation. Shaylah's experience spans customer service and administrative roles in organizations such as UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Meredith Village Savings Bank.
