Leah Hartman

Leah Hartman is an accomplished academic and finance professional, currently serving as the Assistant Dean for Student, Community and Corporate Engagement, Distinguished Lecturer, and Department Chair for Accounting, Finance & Marketing at the University of New Haven since August 2018. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions including Research Analyst/Director of Research at The Delaware Bay Company LLC, Head of Research at SKY Harbor Capital Management, and Managing Director/Senior Research Analyst at CRT Capital Group, where expertise focused on consumer-related sectors and fundamental value research. Leah's early career includes investment banking roles at SBCI Swiss Bank Corp. and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
