Monique Golden-Harrison

Monique Golden-Harrison, Ph.D., currently serves as the Project & Laboratory Manager at the University of New Haven's CT Institute of Technology, focusing on federal grant management, cybersecurity education, and workforce development. Previously, Monique held the position of Technical Lead at XPRIZE, overseeing program operations and research development. As Program Director at Girls For Technology, Inc., Monique managed programs and developed curricula aimed at enhancing youth engagement in STEM. Monique's academic experience includes roles at the University of Connecticut and Capital Community College, alongside a strong educational background with a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education Policy from the University of Connecticut, complemented by a Master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
