Philip Howard

Philip Howard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in higher education admissions, real estate investment, and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of New Haven since May 2018, Philip engages with students, parents, and high schools to facilitate the college search and application process. Additionally, as a self-employed real estate investor and property manager since 2016, Philip conducts due diligence and manages multifamily properties in Connecticut. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development & Operations at Carsquare, where Philip was instrumental in launching an automotive search platform, and Sr. Problem Resolution Specialist at AXA Distributors, where operational improvements directly contributed to increased sales. Philip holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sacred Heart University.
