Riccardo Prestifilippo

Riccardo (Rick) Prestifilippo is an experienced professional in digital transformation and program management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation at UNSW since January 2023, where efforts focus on implementing a scalable agile operating model to unify Business and IT. Previously, Rick held the position of Program Director at Westpac, leading a $40 million GDPR compliance program and directing the Tax Transparency Uplift Program. Additional roles include Senior Project Consultant at Commonwealth Bank, Program Manager at Rabobank, and various project management positions at BlackRock, Macquarie Bank, BNL BNP Paribas, and Newedge, where Rick consistently delivered compliance projects and implemented effective governance structures. With a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Roehampton, Rick brings a strong background in finance and compliance-driven initiatives to every role.
