Riccardo Prestifilippo

Riccardo Prestifilippo is currently the Head of Digital Transformation at UNSW, overseeing BAU and Project teams to drive the implementation of the UNSW Digital strategy and introducing a scalable agile operating model to enhance collaboration across stakeholders. Between July 2022 and January 2023, Riccardo took a career break for full-time parenting while visiting family in Europe. Previously, Riccardo served as Program Director at Westpac, leading a $40m GDPR compliance program and directing the Tax Transparency Uplift Program. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Consultant at Commonwealth Bank, managing Financial Crime Compliance initiatives, and as Program Manager at Rabobank, where governance structures for IT and business programs were designed. Riccardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics with a focus on Finance from the University of Roehampton and completed secondary education in Business studies and IT at Queen Elizabeth for Boys, Barnet.
