Dr Eleni P. Andreou

Dr. Eleni P. Andreou, RDN, LD, FHEA, DProf, serves as a Professor of Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at the University of Nicosia since January 2012, where also holds positions as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, alongside coordinating the Nutrition and Dietetics Programme. In addition, Dr. Andreou has maintained a self-employed practice as a private consultant and clinical dietitian in Nicosia, Cyprus, since 1991, working with food companies and authoring nutrition and dietetics publications while promoting public awareness in the field. Dr. Andreou earned a Doctorate in Professional Studies from Middlesex University, London, and has advanced qualifications in Clinical Dietetics from both YSU and the USA.
