Kevin Jacques, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Kevin currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the University of North Alabama, where they oversee and plans strategic initiatives for the Office of Graduate and Online Education. Kevin'sresponsibilities include coordinating high-profile events, managing event management software, leading continuous improvement efforts, and overseeing evaluation and assessment. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of University Center Operations and Event Management, Director of Housing & Residence Life for the Residential Experience, and Associate Director of Residence Life at the University of North Alabama. Kevin also has experience as a Flavor Architect, Doctor of Porkanomics, and Pitmaster at the University of Que L.L.C, where they created and distributed award-winning BBQ rubs, brines, sauces, and marinades. Additionally, they worked as a Hall Director at Ferris State University.

Kevin Jacques, Ph.D. completed their Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Studies with a focus on College and University Leadership from Colorado State University from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance Services with a concentration in Student Affairs from Clemson University between 1998 and 2000. Kevin's undergraduate degree, a BAA in Community and Commercial Recreation, was earned at Central Michigan University from 1995 to 1998.
