Candace Reynolds

Candace Reynolds is an experienced professional in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Associate Director for Operational Excellence at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since June 2015. With a strong background in transformational change, Candace has previously held roles as Senior Transformation Manager and Transformation Manager for Operational Excellence, where leadership in implementing projects aligned with the university’s mission was emphasized. Prior experience includes IT Project Manager at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, overseeing complex projects and providing technical expertise, as well as supervisory roles within the IT Helpdesk and management of the student laptop program. Candace holds an MBA in Services from NC State Poole College of Management and a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
