Deborah Stroman, Ph.D. CLU, is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in promoting equity and impact within the sport industry. Currently serving as a Professor and Equity Strategist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia's Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, Stroman also founded the Center of Sport Business and Analytics, which focuses on advocating for equity in sports. As the Chief Executive Officer of Stroman Athletic & Asset Management LLC, Stroman strategizes career transitions for former professional athletes. Additionally, Stroman is a Sports Radio Host at WCHL 97.9 FM and has previously served on the Board of Directors for NBA Math Hoops. Stroman's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business from Capella University and a Master's degree in Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
