Don Hepp

Don Hepp is an experienced finance and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance and HR Applications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since June 2009, Don leads Finance and HR PeopleSoft Projects and legacy applications, while also managing the ConnectCarolina ERP Program as a Sr. Project Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nortel, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT work for mergers and acquisitions in a business unit with revenues exceeding $1 billion. Don has held various managerial and technical positions at Syntel, Keane, and General Electric, specializing in application development, infrastructure projects, and team leadership. Academically, Don holds an MBA in Finance from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School and a BS in Computer Science from Siena College.
