Elnora Kelly Tayag

Elnora Kelly Tayag currently serves as the Director of Learning Commons at the College of San Mateo, where a commitment to equity, access, and inclusion is prioritized in overseeing the Library, Learning Center, and various Learning Support Centers. Previously, Tayag held the position of Acting Dean of Academic Support & Learning Technologies, providing leadership for integrated instructional programs and student success initiatives, including numerous learning communities. Tayag's extensive experience includes roles at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill as an ALA Spectrum Doctoral Student Fellow, and past positions at California State University, Channel Islands, UCLA, Claremont School of Theology, and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Tayag is currently pursuing a PhD in Library & Information Science at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, following a master's degree from UCLA and a master's degree in Religion from Claremont School of Theology.
