Ioana Costant

Ioana Costant is an experienced professional in international student services and legal support, currently serving as the Director of International Student and Scholar Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since June 2015, after holding various roles including Interim Director and Assistant Director. Prior experience includes serving as an International Scholar Advisor at the University of Washington and as an Attorney in private practice and various legal organizations. Ioana Costant possesses a Master of Science in Psychology from Maastricht University, a Doctor of Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
