Jayson Crusenberry

Jayson Crusenberry, MBA, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Program Manager for Indigenous Economic Development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing Native American tourism through the Native Edge Tourism Technical Assistance Center. With extensive experience, Jayson has held various roles including Director of Communications for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Regional Marketing Manager at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, and independent business owner at RichJais, LLC. Jayson holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Sociology from East Tennessee State University. Additionally, Jayson has contributed as a board member on the Harrah's Cherokee Tribal Scholarship Board and has a background in customer experience management from roles at Air France-KLM and Calvert Rejuvenations Day Spa.
