John Boniberger

John Boniberger is a dedicated professional currently serving as an ENT Clinic Medical Scribe at MedScribes and a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With experience in both clinical and research settings, John focuses on enhancing patient-provider interactions and investigating dysregulated neural circuits in mental disorders. Additional roles include volunteer work as a trained peer supporter and an ambassador promoting research opportunities on campus. John is also actively involved in supporting underrepresented groups in STEM through the UNC SACNAS organization and coaching high-achieving students as an Excellence Coach at Carolina Youth Coalition. John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to graduate in 2026.
