Dr. Tene Turner

Dr. Tene Turner, DNP, WHNP, FNP, AGACNP, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maine System and Florida A&M University, while also practicing as a Nurse Practitioner with Curana Health. Dr. Turner holds the position of Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has been the Owner/CEO of Turtle Nation LLC since March 2014. With extensive experience in acute and family care nursing, previous roles include serving as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at TeamHealth and a Family Nurse Practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic and Center For Integrated Medicine. Dr. Turner's educational background includes a Doctorate in Family Practice Nursing from the University of South Alabama, a Master's in Women's Health Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Fisk University.
