Kristin Rusboldt currently serves as the Director of Advising and Student Success in the College of Visual and Performing Arts at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, holding roles such as Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Support Services and Diversity & Intercultural Engagement. In this position, Kristin oversees operations for Student-Athlete Support Services, supports Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and collaborates on strategies promoting diversity, equity, and social justice among student-athletes.
