Patricia M. Lynch

Patricia M. Lynch, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where responsibilities include leading various aspects of human resources since July 2017, including positions as Interim AVC and CHRO. With extensive experience in the field, Patricia has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for VERITY RECYCLING, LLC since May 2016, and previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Guilford Child Development from July 2003 to May 2016. Additional experience includes HR management roles at Dart Container and Hilton, beginning in 1997. Patricia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
