Steven Rhew

Steven Rhew has extensive experience in finance and administration within the academic sector, serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance at UNC Greensboro since December 1995. Prior roles at the same institution included Director of Financial Planning & Budgets and Manager of Systems & Procedures from 1984 to 1995. Prior to his tenure at UNC Greensboro, Steven Rhew worked at public accounting firms, including Arthur Young and Goodman, from 1974 to 1984, in various managerial roles focusing on management consulting, audit supervision, and EDP auditing. Steven Rhew also served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant from 1967 to 1971. Steven Rhew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and completed graduate work in Economics at Old Dominion University.
