Dr. Dwan Bryant

Dr. Dwan Bryant currently serves as Dr. Culture, Organizational Development and Engagement at the University of North Texas System since May 2024, following a role as Interim Director in the same area earlier in 2024. With extensive experience in organizational development, Dr. Bryant has been a member of the John Maxwell Team since August 2017 and previously worked as an Organizational Development Consultant for the University of North Texas System from September 2022 to January 2024. Other notable positions include serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at TCC Corporate Solutions & Economic Development from December 2020 to September 2022 and as a Communication Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College from July 2020 to September 2022. Dr. Bryant founded DBryant Enterprises in May 2011, providing consulting services until July 2020. Dr. Bryant earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University between 2011 and 2020.
