Jayne Colavecchia

Jayne Colavecchia, MS, CCP, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation & Performance Management Analyst at the University of North Texas System since 2018, Jayne oversees compensation programs for all campus locations. Prior experience at Verizon from 2000 to 2017 includes roles as an HR Business Partner Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed strategic workforce planning, performance and leadership development, and employee relations across various functions. Jayne's career began in Compensation at Verizon, advancing to HR Generalist roles focused on base pay programs, executive compensation, and job evaluation. Jayne holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Amberton University.
