Graham Newton is a distinguished academic in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Nottingham since April 2015, Graham has also held positions as an Associate Professor of Inorganic and Materials Chemistry and Nottingham Research Fellow. Prior to this, Graham was an Assistant Professor at the University of Tsukuba from April 2011 to March 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Inorganic Chemistry and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, both obtained from the University of Glasgow, where Graham also completed a PhD during the years 2000 to 2009 and an M.Sc. from 2000 to 2005.
