Lisa Carroll

Lisa Carroll serves as a Professor of Practice in Strategy and Innovation at The Rights Lab and as Commercial Director at the University of Nottingham, where notable achievements include leading a Procurement Lean program that significantly increased savings. Previously, Lisa was Vice President of Materials Technology at Crown Holdings, Inc., where leadership of a global team resulted in a successful Materials R&D strategy. Lisa's extensive career at Rexam involved multiple roles, including Group Director of Innovation and Technology, where management of a global innovation portfolio was crucial, as well as significant contributions in Lean Enterprise and Quality/Six Sigma sectors. Earlier experience includes a position as a Materials Engineer at Crown Cork & Seal. Lisa holds a PhD in Materials Engineering and a BA in Metallurgy & the Science of Materials from the University of Oxford.
