Melanie Lenehan

Melanie Lenehan is the Principal and CEO of Fircroft College since March 2016 and has served as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Nottingham since August 2020. Previously, Melanie held the position of Regional Education Manager and Strategic Lead for Equality and Diversity at the Workers' Educational Association from January 1999 to March 2016. Melanie's educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility from Nottingham University Business School, a PGCE in Adult and Further Education from Nottingham Trent University, an MA in Gender and Work from the University of Leeds, and a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from Nottingham Trent University. Currently, Melanie is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Birmingham City University.
