Sharhonda MacLin

ShaRhonda Maclin currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students and Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life at the University of Oklahoma, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, ShaRhonda Maclin was the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Tarleton State University from August 2016 to November 2019. From July 2006 to July 2016, ShaRhonda Maclin held multiple roles at McPherson College, including VP for Student Life and Dean of Students, Assistant Professor, and Admissions Counselor. Additionally, ShaRhonda Maclin worked as the Director of Student Development and Educator at KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory from June 2004 to June 2006, and as an Educator at Oklahoma City Public Schools from August 2000 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Special Education from McPherson College.
