Toby Baldwin

Toby Baldwin currently serves as the Executive Associate Director of Athletics for Name, Image & Likeness and Operational Advancement at the University of Oklahoma since May 2022. Prior to this role, Toby Baldwin was the Director of Compliance for the University of Oklahoma's Department of Athletics from December 2009 to May 2022. Toby Baldwin also managed Baldwin Law Firm from June 2004 to May 2022 and worked as an Associate at Ryan, Bisher, Ryan from 2000 to 2004. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at Oral Roberts University from May 1995 to August 1999 and as an Assistant Compliance Officer at the University of Oklahoma from September 1990 to May 1995. Toby Baldwin holds a JD from The University of Tulsa College of Law, an MSS in Sport Management from United States Sports University, and a BS in Education from Phillips University.
