Jon Jaramillo

Jon Jaramillo is an experienced educator and interpreter with a focus on Spanish language instruction and communication. As a Spanish Teacher at the University of Oregon since August 2013, Jon has taught advanced beginning Spanish with an emphasis on interactive learning. Concurrently, Jon has served as a Spanish Language Interpreter for Linguava Interpreters, facilitating communications between Spanish-speaking patients and medical professionals. Jon's entrepreneurial ventures include managing financial services through Jaramillo Accounting Services LLC and overseeing real estate operations with Jaramillo Investments, LLC. Jon holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Oregon, along with a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International/Global Studies and Spanish Language Teacher Education.
