Konstantin Mikhaylov is an Associate Professor at the University of Oulu's Centre for Wireless Communications, with a tenure track role focused on convergent IoT communications for vertical systems. Since 2014, Konstantin has been engaged in various academic roles, including postdoctoral researcher and PhD student, with a primary emphasis on energy-efficient wireless communications. Konstantin co-founded Solmu Technologies, which specializes in high-end wireless measurement instrumentation tools for various industries. Additional academic experiences include visiting research fellowships at institutions such as Brno University of Technology and King's College London, as well as prior research roles at the Oulu Southern Institute and Gwangju Institute of Science & Technology. Konstantin holds a Doctor of Technology in Wireless Communications from the University of Oulu and an M.Sc. in Wireless Systems from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
