Mark Aedy

Mark Aedy is a highly experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chairman of EMEA & Asia at Moelis & Company, an independent advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital markets, and risk advisory since June 2009. Aedy holds a position as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford and is a Non-Executive Director and member of the ESG Committee at British Land. Additionally, Aedy is a member of the Board of Trustees for The HALO Trust and previously served as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Aedy's extensive experience in investment banking includes leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities spanned corporate and investment banking across EMEA. Aedy began a career in banking at NatWest Markets and holds a BA Hons from Durham University.
